Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your delivery or missing items, please contact us promptly. We will work with you to resolve the issue based on the specific circumstances.
Please note that Tejas Tonic does not accept any returns or exchanges under any circumstances for the exception of returned deliveries for insufficient addresses or damage that occurred during transit.

Damaged Deliveries

For any products that arrive damaged, we will:

  • Replace the quantity of damaged products, or
  • Issue a partial refund equivalent to the value of the damaged products
  • Please note, we cannot send singular cans in the event that fewer than 3 cans have been damaged. In this case, we will provide a partial refund, or future credit.

Missing Deliveries

In the event of a missing delivery, please allow up to 48 hours after the carrier marks your package as “delivered,” as it may still be in transit. If your delivery does not arrive within this timeframe, contact us, and we will work with you to provide either a replacement or a full refund.

Refund Procedure

If you claim the Product is damaged or defective, you must contact us in writing at [email protected] within seven days of receipt of the Product, informing us of the problem. Except for missing delivery claims, you must arrange to send us, or allow us to pick up, the allegedly damaged Product for our inspection within two weeks of your receipt of the Product. If a satisfactory resolution to the complaint about the Products is not achieved between us within 60 days, then the parties will proceed to mediation in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
